As you can clearly see a skeleton is in a bit of jam being that he's sick and puking the toilet!

But wait! HOW? Skeletons don't even have stomachs! These things can't even eat so how do they puke?!

Well it's a peculiar concept the someone above decided to draw so I took a stab at the concept too!
