Its been a minute- but alas, I finally cooked up something I didn’t really wanna post another fanart and was gonna initially show some more original character concepts but um yeah.. I wanted to take a break by experimenting with my artstyle and practice coloring;;

On a related note, I just wanna say Disastrous Life of Saiki K. still SLAPS as a comedy classic, and rewarding the series reminded me of that. I was going to draw classic Saiki until i stumbled onto a fanart of a swap au Saiki and Teruhashi made by Yeageryan I knew in my heart I NEED to draw them asap.

Anyway I just wanted to draw Saiki just being done with Teruhashi’s “curse”. Also speaking of Teruhashi, I had this vision for her swap counterpart to look a bit different from how people would draw her by giving her contacts, but at the same time I loved seeing Teruhashi with glasses aswell so I just made two different variations instead. I do wanna share the reason why and some more brainrot ideas I have for these swap counterparts but since this is already long I’ll have to leave that info dump in the comments—
