this is a new oc I designed for fun earlier in december, her name is charmaine and she's an angel sent to earth on a mission to spread joy and love! she's heavily inspired by early-mid 2000s pop aesthetics and such, and she's not part of any of my pre-existing worlds, she's just for fun. which suits her personality, really :>
