now this? this was an undertaking,,, a friend of mine, fivewholeducks, has been going absolutely nuts recently writing novella length stories in her downtime, which will hopefully be posted publicly once she's had the time to edit them as she wishes, and one of those stories is set in our collaborative fantasy fur world, pinede. us in the group got to read it early, and it was really gotdamn good! unrelated to this, I finally rediscovered a song that I could very vaguely remember, but not enough to actually look for it, and by complete chance, the vibes and themes of the song fit the story really well. one thing lead to another and I ended up completing most of this while listening to the song linked above on repeat,,,,
I'm really pleased with how this turned out, though I will say, if your screen is fairly dark or lacking contrast, you might want to adjust so that you can see the details in the middle more easily!
