I actually really like roleplaying characters who are healers/doctors/have to do with healing and medicine, but there is always something wrong with them: Irene is a scheming, manipulative doctor-turned-serial killer, and Aulis is a war cleric who considers "prevention the best mitigation", which in practice means he'll just get rid of the problem before it has the chance to properly occur.

Personality wise, though, they couldn't be more different. Aulis is a genuinely very kind and considerate person, while Irene can count the people she has sincerely cared about with one hand.
