Fanart for a niche show/game. It wasn't until several years that I found a good tutorial, and now I can't find it anymore. I know it was on tumblr though.

original caption: There's this one show called Dragamonz and it's really interesting, it's even a game with little figurines and everything. They can look like your standard european dragon, but they can have more traits of different animals, and Boaragon is one of my favorites! I recommend the show. Boaragon is, as the name implies, the one with boar tusks and snout, while Dax (who is one of the main characters too) is the blue one.
For a fun fact, this pic was entirely drawn in ms paint as a challenge to actually learn how this software works, through a tutorial. Turns out it's way underestimated!
