Cyrus - The Overseer

A rich and influential dragon at the head of the Domus Aurea colisseum, as well as the Gilded Rose trading company. Behind the scenes, he is the mastermind at the strings of most criminal enterprises of the Capital, having taken control over the years of most guilds, brotherhoods, and any other groups of illegal nature, weaving a tight network of loyal dragons who benefit from working for him rather than against him, while he enjoys the fruits of his hard labor.
For he doesn't only deal in illegal businesses, but he keeps the city in a well balanced peace that the Guard alone has never been able to maintain.He is well known in the high echelons of society as the duke of debauchery, due to his egocentric personality and penchant for hosting the most sumptuous events.Charismatic, yet pragmatic, Cyrus prefers the smart approach over the brute one, often making friends rather than enemies for convenience, yet at the eyes of everyone else, he does seem to genuinely care for others, rather than see them as mere means to an end. Besides himself, he only cares about his closest friends and loyal staff. No one seems to know his past, and all sorts of rumors fly about in regards to this. He doesn't seem to care nor mind them, as long as everyone knows their place.He has little tolerance for fools after all, and underneath his cheeky grin lies a very sadistic vein that won't hesitate to ensure anyone who crosses him remembers the disadvantages of doing so ever again.
