Checking out the urban legend
Over the years because of third man syndrome and just natural process, a lot of urban legends occurred about local solar nights and storms, each station having some unique flavor, raging from optimistic and supportive, like original third man syndrome, to dangerous or future-telling
In this case specifically, it's believed that if you lock yourself in a transport vehicle outside during stormy solar night with engines shut down, one could see figures outside giving directions or trying to help otherwise
Without the engine the temperatures drop very quick, forming vapor, so it's a pretty dangerous ritual. The legend says that the figures are the crew that was lost during storms and nights in vehicles without energy, so they try to rescue ones in the same condition
