Weekend's gonna be busy so I'm posting early again. This is my vocaloid oc Rousoku Yorokobi(originally created by CrazyMouseInc on DA). I originally got her in a raffle and been drawing her ever since.

The original name that I gave her was Saki Kunuzagi(I'm not even sure if Kunuzagi is a real word or name, I'm 90% sure at the time I just mashed letters together and went with what stuck.), and she was a part of an adoptable raffle. I made a whole short story where she and her friends would live in a parody world of an idol anime and "subvert" tropes.

And the subversions were usually just the school science lab exploding for no reason...

Around 2020, I wanted to give her an update and more variety in outfits than just a school uniform, so I started experimenting. This was also around the time No Straight Roads came out, and I was hooked! I made her a outfit and backstory to interact with the world and had a blast making her a rocker(Fun fact: Her NSR outfit and design is the page doll on my Sheezy.art account if you want to look at it.). I sorta made the leap from NSR to Vocaloid sometime after and have been playing around with this version of the character since.

Her new name also has actual meaning behind it now too instead of random letters being mashed together. Because CrazyMouseInc made her design based off the pink advent candle in christian culture, I wanted her name to reflect that as well. 'Yorokobi', her last name, has many different translations of joy/enjoyment/pleasure/etc. while 'Rousoku' means candle.
