• Mermaid Chie sparring in the ocean with her tail whacking the sea in seer force.*

Never thought I would be given an opportunity to draw a Persona mermaid for a commission but come to prove me wrong in a good way. I wanted to give proper weight to the impact/motion of the tail slap with the fins, applying some speed lines, soft brushes, and bubbles to add to the effect. Thank you so much for commissioning me!
