Another rain world oc I came up with the past week. She's an iterator that was left abandoned long before the mass ascension due to a major oversight that couldn't be fixed. She was never torn down thanks to the amount of resources that'd take, and was simply disconnected from the network the other iterators would talk over and left to rot away. Both her can and puppet were a major target for vandals (especially those who opposed the existence of the iterators), which is why her face and cape are torn.
Her structure has since partially collapsed thanks to some of her processes being shut down, but she still operates well enough to speak and do some basic tasks. She's been a target of curiosity for many of the iterators in her local group, most of which presume her to either be dead, or so damaged that she might as well be. She's very kind, albeit lacking in self awareness and quite strange thanks to her lifelong isolation and processing difficulties.
