Revenge attack for Watery21's attack on me featuring the Head of Cards!

Shige Lumos is Waty's character! it was a bit challenging since his design is borderline medium details because of the amount of fabric, but hey, i managed to finish it! and i really like how the art looks :>
at the time, Shige doesn't have an official spear design, but since i want to really incorporate his weapon of choice, i design an unofficial one based on the medal-like symbol on his chest!
