I actually feel bad to ask, 'cuz I feel like I would definitely bastardize it but.. I want to practice drawing more things. Humanoids, dragons, objects, anything etc. Even better if it's something crazy, dont be afraid to suggest even if you don't think I'll be able to draw it (I will suck at it but it would help me learn) . So it helps me is to draw people's characters. I get more exposure to new materials that way. So, Show me your character sheet, give me instructions, etc. Kind of like on Art Fight. (Though I don't know if Art Fight changed anything about OC's in the art community, if people still feel happy when they see or if its just a game. I know theres the whole "I dont you anything" attitude , where people dont exert themselves outside of dedicated time or season. but People in the past always seemed ecstatic to get free art ? )

Plus, I prefer to draw OC's than draw fanart for any stinky corporation. You gain 1 artwork free to use, and I gain beefy art muscle. (You don't have to feel obliged to be my friend nor feel that "pressure to give back", I know that's a concern that causes a lot of stress to people )

It will either be a sketch, a doodle, or a drawing. I do Both traditional and digital mediums, there's a chance I might do a water color painting of it if it feels right. I'll see how far I will go with it and I will credit you + your character. I may try experimenting, but I will keep it faithful and true to the character's personality and likeness. I either DM it to you directly or post it only on here. Don't be afraid. I've done this in the past, had people request absolutely wild stuff. feral.

Why am I asking people ? I feel it would be more polite. I would imagine it to be rude to just draw someone OC without permission, even if it is a 'gift' or 'fanart'. (THOUGH I can't tell if that's a distortion from my CPTSD ) although I would love to gift someone art out of random , I would prefer to be given instructions and permission at this point to be careful - because I just do not allow myself. :) If anything, you are helping me improve and also to cope with some bad stuff rn (I like staying busy as possible) I make enough money from work anyway

Post-TikTok art community is a very different world already, I would be very eager if someone responds and grants permission - but I would understand the silence.
