It started with just an art trade. We became friends first; learning our similarities and differences. Then, we made our ships, and became close friends. I had feelings for you for so long, but I kept my distance. I would've been okay being your friend forever, but then you broke free, and I told you how I felt. You were finally mine. I couldn't stop myself from shaking that day. I cried for so many hours. It would be another year before we could finally embrace, but that moment, my heart started to heal. I felt like I had someone beside me after so long. Even if our beginning was rough as friends, I held on, and I'm so thankful I have. You have healed and become such a kind, vibrant soul with love and trust.

You are worth everything we've been through and will go through. This world has never been kind to us, and we both know that, but through eachother we have learned so much. Every day I look forward to making new memories, building from the ground up and making our little furry family. We have moved out together, gotten married, adopted our babies and make our house a home. I always find myself wanting to share everything I experience with you, yet I can never find the right words to say. I hope one day you can understand my feelings, how deeply you are loved. What it meant to make it to this point, to go through every step.

I enjoy everything we do together- our ships, our stories, our games, movie nights, binge-watching shows.. I can't wait to have our whole lives to experience the present and future together. I wonder what's in store for us next. With you, I feel safe, loved, and needed. I hope that you feel the same.
