One of many redesigns of old characters that I'm planning to do! I usually call this guy 'The Desert Dweller', since he doesn't really have a name, and doesn't need one either.
He's your classic 'hero with no name' - type of character, except it's post apocalypse and he might be the last living humanoid left, that he knows of anyway.
So, who needs a name when there's no-one around to use it?
