Acrylic Mixed Media painting (i actually forgot the size of this painting...)

hi! my first sheezy art post... im Connie Kwok! this is one of my thesis paintings i did for college (i graduated this year!) im gonna copy n paste what i wrote from my instagram post OTL

i really love collaging elements together. super happy with it as i have never done something like this before. very much inspired by sparklecats2009 cause i never knew painting cats could ever be a thing ;_; so special thanks to freddy

this painting is a reminder that there is strength in being soft. sometimes i just want to cry all the time but no matter what, i keep going. i refuse to die. because i have to. because i need to. its a cathartical/overwhelming feeling that i wish i can describe. its incredibly personal to me that i want to share at some point. not now, but some day.

my favorite part of the painting are the frames at the bottom that plays an animation if you put them together. i love animation so i rlly wanted to combine it w my wall piece :]
