a long time ago i had the idea for a short story where gill and his gang end up in an oregon arcade back in 1985 and they come across the polybius arcade cabinet. and kyrie, being part cybernetic, gets possessed by the machine and he starts challenging everyone to the game. and most of them lose as a direct result of the game itself cheating its players and their minds get absorbed into the machine. and then gill's the last one standing and HE cheats the game and then everyone survives.

also the possessed version of kyrie, if the story was animated, would be voiced by neil cicierega
