This is my main oc’s (Blizzard) dad, Teraza! He has electrokinesis. This was mostly just me wanting to make a cool looking drawing, and I used it as an excuse to practice backgrounds and shading. So I don’t know if he’s charging up with lightning, conjuring lightning, or redirecting lightning. I guess it’s up to you to decide!
