About(this is only a suggestion, you don't need to keep it if you don't want, this is just what i thought for the character while designing him): A toy dog that loves to play and makes other people happy, front part of the body + head is made of plush, neck is a fidget spinner, back part of the body + tail is an articulated fidget toy(like those slugs), middle part of the body is a spring toy and pawpads are pop-its
