He’s a sea Angel and used to be the 5th main protagonist in Cutie’s Universe, he was there to teach kids to not scared of anything that looks harmful, because they might be friendly, he also had the ability to make his mouth look scary looking to scare away enemies, (just like an irl sea Angel), and he can also float. However he was randomly cut from the show and has only been featured as a background character in a few episodes before the show ended. He always asks himself if he was good enough for anything. He always tries his best to be perfect.
