New sona !!!
His name's Ciel. I was just thinking like... arc-en-ciel (french for "rainbow"; literally translates to "sky arch")
So I just took inspiration from his name for the design.

Design/character notes:

• changed all my sona's noses. idk why I drew it like I did in the past, but I don't like it. it was too button-y for what I was going for (not including all the times I didn't draw a nose obv.)
• I wanted him to be both cute and sinister (and distinct from my last two), so his palette's supposed to have a lot of pastels
• the light parts of his hair here changes colour. It's just dyed, but it's kinda like a mood ring, how it's based on temperature- though there's a couple other factors that can affect it too, like movement, light, atmospheric pressure, and if it's wet (so like. weather-factors. This is also a similar/the same explanation for Babe's colour-changing hair, so maybe they buy the same brand lmao)
• He has 3 piercings. 2 lobe ones and the helix
• glasses optional. They are prescription, but it's more supposed to be a 'which is better for this scenario' (or if he remembers to use/remove them)
• He's a witch.
• Like how mono and blacklight's personalities are supposed to be flexible, his is too. maybe he's evil, maybe he's nice and just doesn't realize he comes off as scary sometimes. Typically he's supposed to be a little mysterious.
