oddly specific artist questions meme! (I might have skipped some questions I didn’t know how to answer)

• Art programs you have but don't use
  Aseprite! I do most of my pixel art in procreate despite having access to a better program lol

• Is it easier to draw someone facing left or right (or forward even)
  Forward! Especially using the mirror tool

• Fav character/subject that's a pain to draw
  Chickens with open beaks especially at odd angles and realistic bird feet

• Estimate of how much of your art you post online vs. the art you keep for yourself
  I try to post as much of my plush work as possible but I’m always doodling my ocs and doing art trades with friends

• A medium of art you don't work in but appreciate
  crochet, knitting, musical artists and fursuit makers! (I’ve worked with fur on occasion and it’s not easy! You guys are seriously talented)

• What's an old project idea that you've lost interest in
  Somewhere I may have a second generation of Furby fabric printed… I’ll get back to it eventually

• Favorite piece of clothing to draw
  Hoodies or long dresses!

• Do you listen to anything while drawing? If so, what
  I watch a lot of anime while I sew lol I also listen to a lot of music (usually anime soundtracks or English covers) but recently I’ve been enjoying the Drawfee show!

• Easiest part of body to draw
  Eyes! The whole face is usually a lot of fun

• Any favorite motifs
  Galaxy/starry prints, mushrooms and skulls! I’m also immediately drawn to anything with a chicken on it

• Where do you draw (don't drop your ip address this just means do you doodle at a park or smth)
  I usually draw while sitting on the couch or outside while watching the chickens! I do most of my sewing at a desk

• Something you are good at but don't really have fun doing
  Photography sometimes? I love taking pictures but obsess over quality when it comes to Etsy listings so sometimes it can be a bit frustrating when I can’t get the colors to look right

• Do you eat/drink when drawing? if so, what
  I don’t usually bring food with me while I sew but like having little treats! Like some M&Ms or jellybeans so snack on while I work

• Favorite inanimate objects to draw (food, nature, etc.)
  Mushrooms!

• Something everyone else finds hard to draw but you enjoy
  birds!

• Art styles nothing like your own but you like anyways
  People who use crazy shapes and harsh lines/angles are so cool! Everything I draw is so round in comparison

• Do you use different layer modes
  yes! Love using multiply layers for all kinds of shading and effects

• Do your references include stock images
  sometimes! i just grab whatever inspires me off google

• Do you warm up before getting to the good stuff? If so, what is it you draw to warm up with
  i don’t usually do warmup drawings but I’m constantly making chicken doodles!

• Any art events you have participated in the past (like zines)
  Nothing major yet! Just smaller things with online friends

• What piece of yours do you think is underrated
  probably my Stingrays! they’re one of my favorite creations but didn’t sell as well as I hoped (pretty sure it’s because of their really small size)
