My dragonborn I used in a one shot! His full name is Kahishgetushsajiikhasherath, which in his language means "Radiant warrior of the mountain touched by the stars." I wanted to have a character with a really long name for some reason, and yes, each part of his name actually corresponds to a word in his language.

He's a barbarian. Funny thing, I did not coordinate anything with the other players, but the fighter of the group was another dragonborn lol. So we have two buff dragon dudes, and an elven sorceress who could only cast healing spells...
