So, I've been thinking about cave paintings lately, and my research eventually led me to an image which is called The Sorcerer by many archeologists. It is a bit of a controversial figure, the most famous image of the Sorcerer is actually a sketch made by an archeologist who saw the painting in the cave. It appears to depict an humanoid figure with antlers.
However, the antlers are not in the original cave painting, and it was added as a mistake since the guy who made the sketch couldn't really see it very well in the dark.
I still think it's a very cool discovery, because it's not often that we see human figures depicted in cave art. Anyway, I decided to pay some tribute to it, because I was kind of enamoured with the design of the creature. This is my own interpretation of it, I wanted to mix the anatomy of a deer with that of a human.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this!
