My submission for the monthly challenge! (This is my first time participating in a challenge so I hope I'm doing this right)

Anyway, about the piece... just leave it to me to put a human face on anything xD

I wanted to give this character a pearlescent look, I love rendering shiny things. She might look a bit out of place in my gallery, I don't usually do pastel colors like this. But I like how the colors turned out!

I also wanted to add more of the classic unicorn features, like the cloven hooves. Back in medieval times, that's how unicorns were depicted!

I had a lot of fun doing her mane/hair, as well as her eyes. I wanted her mane to look silky and shiny, but it's very difficult to apply highlights to something that's already white. So I had to focus on the shadows, in hopes to bring out a shiny look.

This character doesn't have a name, but perhaps I should name her something related to a jewel... like Pearl or Opal...
