A new character I finally finished making! (they/it)

I don’t have a name for them yet but they’re a shapeshifter, they can shapeshift into any animal though their favorite forms are cat and dragon. Their tail is always very long no matter what form they take, and their sticker-like markings are random and can be any color and of any cute and fun object.
