"MissingNo. was created by a group of Silph Co. workers who branched off the Porygon development team. They fully upgraded and designed it to adapt to its environment. With this function and its complex AI, it became self-aware. It escaped and traveled to Seafoam Islands. It roams near Cinnabar and Seafoam Islands freely. It has a cloaking device that is used to prevent others from identifying it."
