The extent of which i hold myself back from constantly singing tim smiths praises is insane I always go into my notes app and write a massive blurb about cardiacs whenever i start feeling the love. they were so bursting with creativity... there is something so boldly creative about them, he gathered such a passionate community of artists around him. He managed to put exactly what was in his head out into the world and there is something so breathtaking and inspiring about that to me. He wrote about the human condition, like what it meant to be an artist in a sort of monotonous society... They all had day jobs, they did this because they loved it. Jim was and is a washing machine repair man. I really could go on forever. The theatrical live shows!! Ahh!!! His sense of humor!!! Good man scared takes sail through his life!!! Let's sing of his life!!! Im listening to all spectacular. I have a Playlist with like 400 of their songs with live recordings and side projects that I just listen to like on shuffle every day. The thing about them is like, its a shame that their side projects like the sea nymphs, mr and mrs smith and mr drake, spratleys, oceanlandworld, shrubbies and lake of puppies, aren't super known because I think that those quieter more magical sounding songs round out the neurotic cardiac sound so so well. Nil in the nest just came on as Im writing this, I always wanted to animate this song. I love the sea nymphs!!! And nsro... Morpheus miracle maker... That song was written by one of tims friends about him after his accident. It's so beautiful. abades playing now. I love the end of that song. They are so magic.
