Let's start with the obvious; who are you, and give us three things about you that everyone should know.

Name's Cross Mosley. I've been told that I have a soothing voice, I'm an ASMR streamer...and...uh...I'm definitely not going to whisper sweet little lies into your mind...heh heh...

Tell us a bit about where you live. How would you describe your world?

Mmm...it's a dark place. Cloudy during the day, starless at night. But the neon lights of the city...mesmerizing. All of the buildings are really tall to save space, and all of the alleys are dark and dangerous. But sometimes...I feel like sometimes you need to go into the dark...it's not a fluffy, kind world, after all...

What about your family? We count found family here, so feel free to talk about them if you'd like or rather.

Don't tend to think of my family much. I moved out as soon as I was able. Not because I disliked them or anything...more to start making my own way, you know? I'm sure they know about my current racket, but I donno how they feel about it. We don't chat or meet up much.

Do you have a rival or nemesis? What are they like? When did you two meet? What makes them a problem in your life?

I suppose...Mal is a problem for me. He's got me under his thumb, what with being a skilled assassin and all...and he has yet to give me an opportunity to send him into a fluffy trance so that I can get a hold on the situation...it's very frustrating. He broke into my home a few nights after a paid interaction with a first time client. I think her name was Scarlet? She wanted a hard light hypnosis session to help her fall asleep. If I had known that dealing with her would get me involved in all of this...this wasn't worth the Lumins, that's for sure.

What is he like? He's a jerk. Hmph. He's snarky, overconfident, and terrifying. I don't even know why he wants to use me to mess with that woman. I suppose it's not my business, but I can't imagine what makes her so damn special. Maybe if I knew the deal I could turn it around to my favor...but until then I have to play my part so that Mal won't murder me in my sleep...

Do you have a job or career? What's your dream job, if applicable?

Oh like I said, I'm an ASMR streamer. My handle is DreamingofYou online. It's a pretty great gig, honestly. People pay me to whisper and purr into a mic...and they have no idea that I'm seeding their fertile minds with my will...[giggle]...well let's just say I make bank~

I used to want to be an actor, but it's a tough field to break into. Honestly it was way less expensive to get the hypnotic vocal implant than it was to constantly have to redo headshots and take acting lessons and pay entry fees to get into overblown events just to mingle with a bunch of pompous morons. And have my time wasted in general. Is the implant legal? Not really...but if you have a subtle enough touch...no one will know. And those who figure it out won't know for long~

What are your goals in life? What's standing between you and said goals, if anything?

Goals? Just to live in luxury, I suppose. And at the moment the only thing in the way of that is Mal...cutting into valuable streaming time. [grumble]

Do you have a theme song? If not, do you have a favorite song/band/type of music? Maybe a playlist that represents you?

I'd say Charm Person kinda fits, since my power starts out weak and easily resisted, but eventually becomes almost irresistible. That's why you have to be subtle at first, so that you're not resisted, you know?

I've also had people tell me that I have a somewhat Effeminate Voice...which is...[sigh]...fine. It's sort of true; my voice is wispy and delicate and purr-ish, so I can't say I don't hear where they're coming from.

But the biggest trope I think fits me would be Evil is Easy, because...well, it is! Like a said before; it's so much easier to sit in my house in my fluffy slippers and be paid to croon hypnotically at a bunch of weirdos than it is to run around trying to get people to notice me. And honestly? It feels soo good...

What would you say was the event that kicked off your 'adventure'? How did you change your life, be it in a big way or small one? If you don't have a 'major role' in your world, what would you say is your importance within the narrative?

...it has to be Scarlet. Mal only came to me because I had this small connection to her, if you could even call it that! He knew that she would contact me fairly regularly to help her sleep, and now he's using me to manipulate her. What I don't understand is why? He's a hitman, not an interrogator! What is he hoping to accomplish with me? And what in the hell is so special about her!?

I just wanted to get paid to hypnotize someone into becoming addicted to my voice so that they'd keep paying me...not be held at gunpoint to participate in espionage!

What is your greatest strength? How about your biggest weakness?

Oh that's easy; I'm incredibly unassuming and soft looking, so people are constantly underestimating me~ I'm a lot more crafty than I look...heh heh...

...I suppose my weakness is that I am physically weak and only have my hypnotic voice to get me out of situations, but it needs time to take root in the minds of others...and Mal knows what I'm capable of...he looked through my history and found out about my surgery...the sneaky devil...

Tell us about some of your favorite things. What's your favorite food, favorite hobby, favorite place? How about your favorite season? Time of day? Color? Aesthetic?

Hmmm...pancakes, listening to music, my cozy bed...I'm not entirely sure what a 'season' is? Let me look it up...

Ah. Okay. Our city doesn't really have 'seasons' as I understand them. It's always kinda rainy or misty and cloudy and cold. I guess winter looks nice; with the soft, fluffy snow...it looks so very pretty~

Time of day? Uuuuum...night. That's when the city really shines, I think. Also it means people will be looking to listen to my sweet voice lull them to sleep [giggle]~

Color color color...blue? It's a very soothing color.

I think my aesthetic is just...the standard cyber punk of my world...and soft things. Soft Cyber Punk? Cozy Cybernetic Punk? I have no clue what it would be called.

What talents/skills/powers/abilities/curses do you possess? Do these things make you unique in your world on any way?

Other than my implant? I guess...I'm fairly creative. I like to play characters when I stream. I have a few that are pretty popular; Jacque the smooth criminal, Fang the seductive vampire, Dr. Lovelace the hypnotherapist...people really like that one. It's very cozy and comforting.

Plenty of people are creative, but few can do what I do regardless~

Tell us a secret about yourself. We promise we won't tell anyone~

Secret...hm...I still have my stuffed kitty from my childhood. I honestly have trouble sleeping without it. Its name is Honey because it's white with golden stripes. Not much of a secret, I know, but...it is a little embarrassing.

How would you describe your fashion sense? Do you concern yourself with that form of self-expression much?

...lazy and cozy. I keep myself kempt, but no I don't go all crazy for the newest fad or whatever.

Do you have any words for your creator? Don't hold back!

...let me in your mind, Creator. Let me take control...I pinkie promise I won't do anything too evil with that kind of power~
