I think ElementMan.EXE is really cute. His design, his eyes, his speech quirk...
In the Beast+ episode he appears along Vic (his NetOp) he acts more cutely with him being expressive! He's cute!

So I had to draw something cute with him.
The original sketch started on SAI 2 but then I finished it on CLIP.
