This is the first WIP that I did on the current computer that I have (since this year around March-May)
But it is ironic that I finish it at the end of the year.

Character: 98-Tan (OS-Tan. Represents Windows 98)
I love OS-Tan ever since I was in Elementary School. I wanted to draw more OS-Tan.
I don't remember why I did 98-Tan outside that I do like her. She's cute!
