Made the Wax Phantom into a Muk, honestly their is no other Pokemon that would fit this villain better than a Muk, also gave it extra ghostly hands because of that random ghost hand that appeared in the episode, which I think really helps make the design more interesting and make it different enough from a regular Muk. Also decided it's typing would be Ghost/Grass as a lot of wax is made from natural materials and considering that 'lunar radiation' it supposedly what created Grimer's in the first place, I could easily see the same thing happening to wax in the Pokemon world.
