Drew this pic back in 2018

This one is Queen Majesty from G1 My Little Pony http://mylittlewiki.org/wiki/Majesty. Think of it as Princess Celestia from FIM but sadly, Majesty never appeared in the cartoon, only in UK comics.

Her hair was inspired by Princess Celestia but I forgot to add the sparkles. XD I'll add them later.
Her dress was based on the Sailor Senshi Doll Divine flash game but with some changes.
As for her crown and choker, it's white gold, not silver since she wore a gold crown but made it into white gold, which suits her better.
I gave her some pearls and lapis lazuli gems.

I'll get around to drawing her a full body of her dress for everyone to see. :3
