This is princessmagpie's oc Radcliffe "Clifford" Osbjørn Theodore Thoumas Emanuel Castello Bismark. He's a very nicely-dressed transgender rat, and I was so delighted by him I had to draw him in revenge!

I found a cute photo of a rat relaxing on it's back and eating a treat, so decided to dress Clifford in a lounge robe and gave him a snack!
