Ribbroil is based on a spring peeper (a small chorus frog that can survive freezing temperatures) with the spring aspect turned from being about the season to being about the object. The orb looking thing on its chin (which is its vocal sac btw) works like a lava lamp where the yellow part doesn't stay in a consistent place or shape.
