hugo might be arrogant and charismatic in some ways, but i've stated my stance that i dont believe hugo is one for flirtation and doesnt really have much experience in the intimacy, affection, and/or friendship department (just how he likes it). that doesn't mean varian is free from getting remarkably flustered though! something about that jackass is endearing and very attractive to him what who said that
