Every year, before the gift-giving season, Velvet likes to walk down the Hall of Holidays to remember the kind and brave tatsukoi who started the wintery traditions of the Cascade Couriers' work.

It takes a lot of effort to fix gifts all year and then deliver them through winter, but it was beyond worth it to see tatsukoi all over the Cascades smiling as they get things that meant something to them.
