Tyr'na is a tiefling drow/ryphorian that likes to claim she's an aassimar on planets that are not Apostae so she keep her carefree lifestyle where she gets what she wants for little to no charge.

Born to a wealthy family and given favor due to her tiefling nature tyr'na is used to getting away with just about anything and getting whatever she wants whether it been items or people. When she decided the life of space piracy was something worth doing as a worshipper of Besmara, her parents were more than willing to give her her own starship! and like a fish to water tyr'na took to piracy and captainhood rather well, at least until she unceremoniously executed a crewmate without warning when they showed signs of something horribly wrong as they started lashing out at random and only got worse as time with on.

While Besmara took this as a sign of a good captain doing what needed to be done to protect ones crew and make difficult choices that others could not, her crew on the other hand took it as a breech of trust and a threat that they could be next. within weeks her once loyal crew grew distrustful and attempted a coup, succeeding if the ship wasnt opportunistically attacked by a roaming pack of monsters leading to its destruction and the crews death. Tyr'na herself surviving solely by besmaras favor. however unbeknownst to either of them, the executed crewmate was a worshipper of lamashtu, blessed with the ability to change into monstrous form, whose death angered the god of monsters who only grew angrier at Tyr'nas survival decided to curse the captain by turning her into what she killed, without the awareness and control the worshipper had.
