Yes! All* chicoons are eligible for a revamp after 1 year! This was the case while chicoons were running, and will stay the case after chicoons reopen. I think one year is plenty of time to allow an artist to improve their design abilities or atleast allow a user to get a feel for a chicoon!

Keep your traits & general vibe of the chicoon similar and I dont forsee you running into any issues! This includes traits, you can't go adding a bunch of new traits or significantly changing the rarity of traits (IE making uncommon fur into obviously rare fur) but your traits dont need to match perfectly and you're absolutely welcome to mess with the style or shape of the traits!

And YES!! Please use the lines for revamps!! You absolutely can do that!
