Well, I caught up to where I'm at. I skipped most of my daily exercises so it caught up pretty fast. So alot of days involving exercises, you won't see me post here for that day. But you can just see me in other social media if you want to see how my training going instead. I don't want to cramp bunch of exercises in here.

I am quite proud of this box exercise I done for this though.
