And the Toads aren't happy about it ;D.

This one was made for Inktober 2023 (day 8 Toad). I've participated in the Inktober challenge the 3rd year in a row albeit it has never been super consistent (thanks to RL and all '^^). Nonetheless I always try to at least get a half marathon done.
I've decided to limit my time spent on one piece to an hour (for outline works that is). For this I've spent about 2 hours and a bit going over it again. ^^

Contact..."...Nilena went to another building directly next to the one she was in a second ago. She opened the door slowly hoping that it wouldn’t be too loud. It wasn’t, but as soon as she could take a look inside she saw another Antanai standing not too far away. She slipped into the long corridor as fast as she could and before the door would slam shut she stopped it with her telekinesis. She then turned back to the Antanai hoping that they wouldn’t realise anything. But the Antanai was looking at a painting of some sort and it kinda felt like she was totally absorbed in thoughts.Good for Nilena! She tried to sneak her way to another door yet again praying it wouldn’t make any noise. She got lucky! One fast look into the next corridor to make sure there wouldn’t be anyone else and then she slipped in. Nilena turned around watching the other Antanai. She was really curious why the other Antanai seemed to be totally lost in thoughts gazing at the painting but she couldn’t quite make out what exactly it was depicting from this angle.Suddenly the temperature fell rapidly. It got so cold that Nilena could even see her own breath. And not only she felt it, even the other Antanai got startled and turned around instantly. „What?“ she mumbled.In the blink of an eye Nilena saw something she could’ve never had imagined. Purple stains formed on the floor, the wall. Something emerged out of those weird things. First it looked like a weird smoke or fog but then it started to form something... No! somebody...Three different apparitions and they more and more took the form of Antanai even a Panai. They totally surrounded the Antanai and got closer to her. „No! No! Please!“ she stuttered when suddenly she turned and started to run away. She didn’t get far though, she was pulled about a meter above ground by something and then she was slammed into the wall with such force that she couldn’t do anything any more. Her dazed body fell hard to the ground.„Take her away…“ something said. It sounded as if it came from anywhere yet nowhere. Never had Nilena heard or seen whatever it was that happened right before her eyes. All of a sudden the purple shine came back. This time directly under the still stunned Antanai. She then fell through the floor. Apparently the shock was strong enough that her senses came back for just a moment. She desperately tried to get a hold on the floor with her claws but got pulled into that purple mass further and further. She screamed and after she was swallowed whole it sounded as if she was falling down somewhere and her scream faded out more and more until you couldn't hear anything any more. Then two of the three shadows jumped into it too. But one held back. It seemed to listen. The ears twitched in every direction and it even turned around. Did it sense Nilena? Did it knew that she was there too? On the spot Nilena turned around and ran away. She ran as fast as she could. She didn’t even care about any chance to run head first into another patrol. She just ran! She wanted to get away from it… Just away!..."
