I think he is an overworked casino manager who is very high-strung and intense because he is constantly stressed out and trying to do multiple jobs at once. He has a pet bunny and he talks about it like it's a snake or tarantula or something. He's always feeding that thing live prey and assuring guests it isn't venemous
