I actually don't really like drawing pokemon but ive always seen the porygon line as the de facto Arthur pokemon, and I also wanted to draw them next to each other because I've never drawn them in a lineup before. All three of these guys are Arthurs but they're also three separate people.

When I think of porygon I think of this janky strange thing that doesn't really fit in the natural world and that makes me think of Baby Art. I also see it as a fitting partner for him since the lore says it was created to go into space and that feels ideal for a kid who is so obsessed with aliens.

Porygon 2 makes sense for DC because he is a clone and he sees himself as an improvement of the original, with all the rough edges smoothed out. porygon 2 is basically that for porygon, the sleeker model.

I picked porygon z for the Director because he was once a human but had been altered and honestly made worse. Idk if porgon z is necessarily worse than the other porygons but the idea that a pokemon that was fine as it was and then was tampered with and become unstable makes me think of the Director.

And yeah!
