The final boss on the jewel case~ she’s based off of H.P. Lovecraft’s character Kuranes in Dream Cycle and Lathi in The White Ship, mostly taking the name from the former and being the creature in the latter.

Originally she was gonna be a baku/dream-based youkai who was in charge of dreams. But then Doremy Sweet got introduced with the exact same concept, so I did an overhaul. I ended up making her look “normal” so she had some kinda ominous feel. She looks like a young, beautiful girl, but obviously… isn’t. This form is actually her "work uniform": she is Celeste Kuranes while in the dream city, but outside of it she is the eldritch abomination Lathi. Her transformation is voluntary though.

I also gave her horerczy-like tendencies (in her true form, she houses black butterflies in a portion of her body and she also uses them to feed and even used them to induce people into staying asleep). Her "bow" isn't a bow either, it's actually part of her true form. Some parts of her design (mainly hair) are inspired by Saya’s from Saya no Uta.
