Kirara had it planned out. She was finally going to propose to Towa. Then one night, as they walked along the riverside, Towa faced her...and got down on one knee (as her research said) and proposed to HER.
 
That evening back at the apartment was filled with joy (and teasing about her reaction). Also, her own ring for Towa was there, anyway, so may as well give it to her, too!
