Adoptables Terms of Service
- 1. Do not sell, create, or use the designs for cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI Generation.
- 2. Do not use or alter the designs for hate messages.
- 3. Only the designs in this folder are for sale!
Payment: Prices are in Canadian dollars.
- - All payments are made through Ko-fi (Support Box). You don't need an account to make a purchase.
- - Ko-fi accepts payments through PayPal.
Holds
- - I will hold a cash design for 24 hours. Once 24 hours is up, I will release the hold.
- - I will hold an offer to adopt for longer, after an agreement is made between me and the buyer.
Refunds
- - No refunds for adoptables.
- - Unsolicited chargebacks will get you Blacklisted, and you will be forbidden from buying anything from me adopts or commissions.
Adopt Usage
- Once a design is sold, you can do with it as you wish as long as it follows TOS 1, 2, and 3 above!
Resells
- When designs are being resold, please respect the original creator’s Terms of Service (TOS).
