His name is Ivan Brightsky, he lived during the spacefaring era of arpine history and as you can see he is kinda… eccentric. But what can you say? He is the head gunner for the superweapon on board the star dreadnought ASN Hurricane and he just loves his job!

Here he can be seen running the firing sequence for the ASN Hurricane's spinal collider-powered antimatter+exotic matter beam weapon.
