Perri Wrinkle [or just "Wrinkle"] is a hyper-intelligent cuttlefish-type aquarian and the founder of C.I.V.I.L, an organization focused on environmentalism and aquarian rights. They oversee a team of sea creatures, including Viridia and Rodney, who do social work in Stutzer City. Wrinkle hopes to see a day where the ocean and its residents are no longer exploited by land-dwellers.
