Aka Cookie's friend from outer space, she's on a mission to find another planet with good music on which her species can feed on.

This jolly fellow, however, wants to know more than just the musical skills from the people. Due to getting accostumed to Earth life, she's naive and doesn't understand slang, but she's a very sweet and kind individual.
