The Joker should be dripping wet from the chemicals, but honestly I just forgot by the time I got to sketching him (so within a few minutes).

Context:
After falling into the chemicals, Joker forgot almost everything, including who he was, who Batman was, where he was, the Red Hood Gang, and his plans. In addition to losing basically all of his memories and his brain being messed up, his pupils would no longer dilate properly, and he couldn't see very well in the dark, so he was very confused and lost as soon as he was out of the chemicals, but thankfully, Batman was nearby, and he was drawn to his glowing eyes. Batman quickly realized he didn't remember anything and tried to subtly figure out if he was even still dangerous, but Joker hardly listened to him, sticking extremely close, admiring his eyes, and responding with unhelpful flirtatiousness to everything Batman said.
